Shipment Policy for FreshSurii

At FreshSurii, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping to ensure that your newborn clothing order arrives safely and on time. Please read through our Shipment Policy for details about processing times, shipping methods, and other important information.


1. Shipping Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. The following are the general shipping options we offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days for domestic orders (U.S.).
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days for urgent shipments (U.S. only).
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination, typically between 7-14 business days, depending on the country and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $75, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate. Expedited and priority shipping options are also available for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. International customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.

4. International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. However, please note the following:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by FreshSurii.
  • Shipping Delays: Customs clearance processes can sometimes cause delays. While we make every effort to provide accurate shipping estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address during checkout.
  • Limited International Destinations: While we aim to serve as many international customers as possible, there are certain regions and countries where shipping may not be available. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.

7. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. If an incorrect address is entered and the shipment is returned to us, we may charge an additional fee to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

8. Shipping Damages or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement, depending on the situation.
  • Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your package is lost or goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and find a solution. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost after being marked as “delivered.”

9. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, you may initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
