8. Refunds and Cancellations

- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but you can return it according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Gift Cards
- Purchasing Gift Cards: You can purchase FreshSurii gift cards on our website, which can be redeemed during checkout.
- Using Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for purchases on the FreshSurii website only. The balance on the gift card will be applied to your total order. Any remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.
- Gift Card Expiry: FreshSurii gift cards do not expire.
10. Billing Address
Please ensure that the billing address you provide during checkout matches the one associated with your payment method (credit card or PayPal account). If the billing address does not match, your payment may be declined.
