Refund and Returns Policy for FreshSurii

At FreshSurii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a simple and straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully for full details on how to return or exchange items.


1. Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received (free from stains, odors, or damage).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If the return does not meet the conditions outlined in our policy, a refund may be denied or a restocking fee may apply.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can initiate an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow the same steps outlined in our return process, and we will assist you in making the exchange based on product availability.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If you’re exchanging an item for one of greater value, we may require payment for the price difference.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • We may ask for photos of the defective or incorrect items to assist with processing the return.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Used or washed clothing
